MARAGA'S JUDGEMENT MARKS THE END OF TUMBOCRACY,AUTOCRACY ,PLUTOCRACY AND KLEPTOCRACY IN KENYA -Bonyeza Star

Justice Maraga

By Byron Ouko Oginga

Today's verdict is a verdict that even the Holy Pope of Rome could not have offered, for the obvious reasons of interest and unknown limit of rewards for serving dark forces of political power who have extremely well orchestrated economic sabotage and mega corruption in the last many years.

Raila reacts after Supreme Court Verdict

True colors of respect in individuals was clearly written on walls if not the sky where we all read that if your interest is served in your line of profession then we get carried away.Very embarrassing and beats no logic to compromise the hard gained values of this great country that were hardly founded, sacrificing hard built public reputation for an institution that is constitutionally expected to be independent and serve this nation in the best interest of the 42M people for purposes of tolerance, peace and development among other key issues at stake.

I got shocked at how hard prof.PLO defended the open failures of a paralyzed institution that has lost public trust in this 21 century.Nowhere in the books of history or profession is it accorded that defence be accredited even when one is wrong and smelling wrong.

Democracy in Africa is strengthening through its institutions, and one and key determinants of how strong it can be is the electoral commissions,Anti-corruption commission and the judiciary at the center of everything.

For as old as Africa is today,Kenyan supreme court offers an outstanding solution in the best interest of history and time, indisputable verdict based on the strength of evidence, strong impartiality and incredible integrity and wisdom from the seven bench jurists.

Congratulations Chief Justice David Maraga and your team.

President Uhuru Kenyatta

The people of this great nation were tired of vetocracy, where from the word go power hijackers and tenderpreneurs(cartels) decided on behalf of an entire nation

From party primaries it was clear anomalies were to be expected at general election, because shape shifters conducted their own green money primaries to complicate the tenets of desired democracy.

I condemn the tweeds of this era for standing between the peoples choice and development for their egocentric interests. Kenya is trying to live in the aspirations of nationhood, democratization and Africanization where early scholars and African black founding fathers struggled deeply to achieve.

Mudavadi ,Wetangula,Raila, Kalonzo and other Nasa leaders addressing  press briefly after court judgement

Historians will agree with me on nobles acts of Marcus Garvey,Kwame Nkurumah,Nyerere,Jomo Kenyatta and the undisputed Kenyan doyen Jaramogi Oginga Odinga.
We know it for a fact in Kenyan political system that the politburo shall offer or give a nod for a presidency that accommodates their historic shame. Its time we rise up through our votes and say no to tumbocracy, autocracy, plutocracy and kleptocracy and we have a defined and clear vision for the most hard to achieve but achieve which is democracy.and not fake democracy.

Based on the campaign manifestos and five year agenda for this nation the entire nation came to a stand still to elect a president whose policies were considered the best in regard to tax reform, healthcare, climate change, financial reforms, and debt limits which the former regime feared even tackling for noble simple reason that the potato was to hot for them carry due question of leadership morality, how on earth can a few crew of people dissappear with sh.240 billion honestly!!!
This nation and its people are thirsty for peace, development and ease from the jaws of being marginalized, use of state brutality through police who should enforce law and order, and increased levels of international opportunities for globalization has come with good investment platforms for our jobless youths.

Celebrations in various parts of the country after Court Judgement Nallyfying Uhuru's re-election

Alot was stake in the past election, starting with insecurity from terrorists, poverty, unemployment, social tolerance, equality standing up for the disadvantaged, and gender consideration at the legislative and decision making organs,in a nut shell all these required ultimate political commitment and popular majority will through the ballot.

The evil cabals to allow this nation to progress and stop us from seeing what history other nation wrote before us,like in Iran the guardian council composed of 12 political elite and pro-business individuals decide the fate of 50M people of that great nation and I find this very absurd.

In conclusion, justice that was buried and never to be found has today been resurrected by judiciary and this should be emulated by the African continent if at all we want to break the bondage of over-dependency and elevate the living standards of our people.

Our problems are with our elected leaders such that if the institutions can provide for a reliable framework of who told hold public office by acceptable standards,Africa shall never be the same again

For Kenyans our dreams are valid let keep evaluating where things went wrong and make informed choices and decisions and never shall we allow our elections to be manned by injustices of this nature.
