" I started in my Facebook I must win the MP for Embakasi East by ballot or bullet.That is how it is and you know me.I am not scared of anything and that is Babu Owino.Had we not got it by ballot we would have got it by bullet."These were his words after winning the Ticket.
Meanwhile these are some of the tactics which propelled Babu Owino to a smooth take over .
1.)UNPARALLELED LOYALTY TO RAILA AMOLLO ODINGA
Also,Babu's courageous participation in ODM events and rallies gave him an edge over his timid opponents
2.) TIBIM
It has been adopted as NASA national campaign slogan.Babu Owino as founder of TIBIM could not be left behind
3.) POWER OF YOUTH.
Babu owino is currently the most popular and charismatic youth in east Africa. His policies resonated well with majority of the youth. Also,With his First class Acturial Science degree he also inspired many youths
4.) POWER OF MONEY.
Babu spent ksh. 67.5 million and campaigned for 13 months non-stop. His opponents combined spent a total of ksh. 2.7million and campaigned for 25 months
5.) POWER OF PRAYER.
Babu was in contact will the Holy Spirit on a daily basis. He also donated generously to the churches and mosques within the constituency
6.)DOOR-TO-DOOR CAMPAIGNS.
As his opponents were busy campaigning inside matatus,bars and brothels,Babu was campaigning door-to-door listening to real problems from real residents of Embakasi East .He also visited all the 5 wards over and over again
7.) EFFECTIVE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA.
While most of his opponents were still attending basic computer classes to learn how to type and use mouse,Babu owino employed Keyboard warriors and social media influencers to help drive his manifesto. No platform was spared,from whatsapp to twitter,to facebook to instagram.
8.) BABU WAS THE ONLY CANDIDATE WITH A MASTER PLAN.
He was the only one with a manifesto that if implemented will uplift constituents' welfare
9.) BABU OWINO'S TRACK RECORD AS SONU CHAIRMAN
was impressive to many voters. His fight against FEE INCREMENT and HELB DELAY endeared him to many voters who considered him a fighter with a vision. They wanted Babu to lead them in their fight against poverty, unemployment,police brutality and poor infrastructure
10.) BABU WAS THE MOST HANDSOME ASPIRANT.
With the former MP having been voted the most ugly MP in the 11th parliament,Constituents wanted someone who could reverse that bumbulous injustice in the 12th parliament. TIBIIIIIIIIM
