Esther Kabura ,a former resident of Kisumu town accused former CS Rashid Echessa of having fraudelently transferred  to his possession her late husband's motor vehicles;

- a Passat KAY 388A,KBZ 009J ,Toyota LandCruiser V8 and KBN 242N Toyota Mark X in the year 2016.
Yesterday after the raid at his Karen home by DCI SCU detectives the following were recovered:

1).KCW 289Q Toyota Land cruiser V8 .
2). KCL 350J Mercedes Benz.
3). KAY 388A Volkswagen Passat.
4). KBP 725B  Ford Rangenumber
5). Lexus with no Reg number.
6). Front and rear number plates .( KBF 388F)

And Ksh 507,000 found on the from seat of KCL 350 Benz.
All vehicles currently at NTSA for verification.
