Born Eve Bahati Yaa ,from a born again Christian family .She was raised in Mtondia Kilifi by a God fearing mom who to date is a preacher in Bamba and Mirihini,Kilifi.
Eve Bahati went to Kilimo Primary School in Kibaoni before transferring to Nairobi's Ndururuno Primary School.
She joined Mumbai Girls for her high school and later JKUAT main campus to study Bsc in Medical Laboratory Science.Eve Bahati was previlleged to do her rotations at Mathare Mental Hospital,Gertrude's Children Hospital and finally landed at MP SHAH Hospital where she worked for some time.
Bahati's love for art landed her in the hands of Freddy Mua and later on to Phoina Beauty Clinic where she did master make up classes prompting her to start her own company by the name Bayaastouch.
The musical talent in her was discovered through her mum who nurtered her and guided her through praise and worship also with the help of her Sunday school teacher.
Eve Bahati began her music career as a back up artiste while leading worship in church.Later she did a few audios without videos whereby Truth Fm and Hope Fm came in handy to offer airplay.
Particularly the song Nakupenda ,a song,a song which won this year's Groove Awards Coastal County Song of the year.
Soon after finishing studies and securing a good job she was able to secure studio time at Still Alive and with the help of Tim Still Alive she was able to achieve a quality video for the song Umenifaa.
Thereafter Nakupenda dropped and afterwards Waniangazia is now out courtesy of Alka Productions and video director Trey Juelz.
Eve Bahati hints on a new international Collabo with a Tanzanian act.
