The Jubilee government/party seems to have a soft spot for the  i-generation talents ,something  the Cord Coalition might not find useful until they take a second look at it.

BAHATI
He controls a funbaze of over 10 Million fans both from the countryside and urban setting.His presence at the launch was quite significant owing to the fact that his songs and even life story have had a huge impact on ordinary kenyans.Questions have emerged as to whether or not it was right to take the President off his seat .Allow me say there was no act of disobedience or breach of conduct in the act.Bahati's intention must have been to show ordinary Kenyans that anyone can be lifted from grass to grace to the extend of being able to dine with Kings.Secondly it must have been a snapshot to show how the Presidency is quite human and not subject to dictatorship

JAGUAR
He got appointed to the Board of NACADA after his continued loyalty to state house even when his music career was at risk.Taking a political stand as a musical celebrity is usually one of the most difficult risks an artistes can always go for.Jaguar however won the heart of the Presidency to the point of not only enjoying the privileged of being in Government payroll but also performing at all if not most of the government functions.Looks like Jaguar has never had trust issues with the government hence the reason he continues to serve it with his whole heart as he gets the money and more connections in return

BIG TED
He is one of Kenya's longest serving event organizers who started from nothing,now works as an events planner at state house.Truth be told however much cartels will remain cartels ,showbiz jobs and assignments are among the few in this category that usually go through the test of favoritism .Big Ted has so far had a life changer

since his appointment and I bet you he lives large .Of course his contribution has always kept the presidency's relationship with the young generation a gudu wan.Talk of a fare deal,service for satisfaction
RUFFTONE

My instincts tell me he is more closer to the deputy president's office but all in all it is still one government.Rufftone has pocketed numerous events to his side due to his efforts and delivery when it comes to live performance.His closeness with the current government did not just come from nowhere,I believe we have a few if not many tolerant and very supportive personalities within the government that helped connect him through.

SIZE 8,MERCY MASIKA,JEMMO ULE MSEE,DR OFWENEKE

These are talented Kenyans also who not only presided over the last Groove Awards but were also all present at the jubilee function.In their case I wanna say they are quite talented but I have feeling they work for or closely with a Gospel Ministry group of pros when it comes to branding.Thank God talent has also placed them where they are today,no more storos

KRIS DARLIN

This dude is smart and has an overwhelming array of connections.From hosting international artistes for concerts,coporate and government events to having a huge following both locally and internationally,he is one of the showbiz minds the government might not think twice to hire.

iVERDICT
The Cord Coalition should also learn to invest on young talents.Am not saying they dont but it is an area they should explore more oftenly other than Emma Jalamo,Lady Maureen and Onyi Papa Jay who are ODM loyalist I must admit.My question is;What if we had the likes of Erick Omondi,Jalango,Owago Onyiro,King Kaka,Khaligraph Jones,Octopizzo,Timmy Dat ,Susumila e.t.c performing at the coast event too ? there would be some balance for those who know what I mean.Doesnt mean an artistes is actually affiliated to a particular political party but it show some level of coexistence.
