1) Mulu Mutisya
- A long time minister without any academic record . Ailed from Ukambani who later became Ukambani Kingpin and spokesperson. He was a KANU loyalist who enjoyed various ministerial appointments .Never understood even a single English word.
2) Ezekiel Barn'getuny
-AIled From Eldoret.
-Another Minister who never understood even Kiswahili.Leave alone English.
- He was a member of the inner circle and kitchen cabinet who helped president Moi call shots.
- He could sleep in parliament and any quetions directed to him could be repelled by other loyalists including his good friend Nicholas Biwot.
3) Oloo Aringo
- The Luo Moi allie who was an education minister for a long time with suspicious academic credentials much as he often spoke in parliament
-Aringo had an unclear education background.
4) Sheriff Nassir
- A known illiterate Kenyan who was a parrot in nature who sang Moi and Kanu throughout his political career.
- He was rewarded with the ministry for social services.
-He once said that Moi and KANU will rule forever .Something that almost came to happen.
- Nassir was totally illiterate much as he often spoke in fluent Swahili.
5) John Okwanyo
-The long time Minister from South Nyanza
-Often spoke broken English like '' I build Nyabisawa for a girl and Migori for a boy and Onyalo for a Mix . when I was Minister water Migori was papapapapa ! When I was energy Migori is light ! '' Very funny minister indeed.
6) Njenga Karume .
- In his biography from Charcoal to Gold ,this man Karume started as a charcoal burner /seller and ended up being appointed Minister in the Moi era.
-It's all suspicioned that a charcoal burner could become a minister in this great country .
7) Joshua Angatia
- This man from Western Kenya was once a long serving minister for health .
-He always chanted Moi and KANU slogans .
- Half baked educationally and would follow Moi to every occasion and sing in praise of him.
