Speaking during an interview with Caleb Akumu of Mayienga Radio on Tuesday evening,Migori County's most sorted for gubernatorial candidate Hon Ochilo Ayacko vying on Independent ticket ,cleared the air on the many baseless rumors spread by his opponents .
The former Energy Minister was very categorical on the claims that he abused office during the time he was energy minister and used his powers to fence his homestead with electricity poles owned by Kenya Power
Company.
'' I haven't fenced my homestead with electric posts ,I used treated timber and stones bought with my own money , to surround my homestead. Kenya Power poles are very hard to even penetrate with nails or saw blade.'' he explained.
Dr. Ochilo Ayacko who appeared very sober and confident during the whole interview was able to approach the various random questions poised to him backed with facts.
The lawmaker further added that he cannot support Obado's re-election even if he wasn't vying claiming its like telling Raila to support Uhuru's re-election knowing very well what Kenyans have gone through in the past 5 years.
According to Ochilo and his supporters who called the radio ,Obado's Government has been a government of oppression and lacks credibility.
While responding to claims that he engineered the violence that erupted during Raila visit ,Ochilo Ayacko sent a strong message to the incumbent governor asking him to limit the number of enemies so as to avoid such occurrences of violence in the future.
'' About Raila rally Zackary Obado has many enemies including Junet and K'Obado supporters , so I fail to understand which criteria was used to identify my own supporters as the perpetrators of the Raila rally violence. He needs to sort his issues first'' continued Hon Ochilo.
The former minister further explained how Governor Obado funds his youths and bodyguards and equips them with guns so as to harass his supporters

'' I will work diligently to eradicate ignorance and corruption once am voted in as your next Governor. I will raise the standard of living thus I fully support Hon Raila's presidential bid and ask my Migori people to vote Agwambo come August.Thank you very much my good people.Team Pindra." he concluded
