According to a popular parroting going round that Mount Kenya region will not back Ruto's 2022 bid which claims .
-'' DP William Ruto has been warned twice that Mt. Kenya support is not automatic come 2022 .''
I BEG TO DISAGREE
-Given that this man William Samoei Ruto delivered the 2007 presidential votes to Raila Odinga in the flawed election though, and almost won a referendum as a lone ranger amid a united opposition from Kibaki, Raila and Uhuru ,William Ruto is still considered a force to reckon with in Kenyan politics.

- With his smart calculations he joined forces with Uhuru Kenyatta in 2013 and practically ascended to the Vice President position.
-Currently this man William Samoei appears to many as the most hated politician but in real sense the so said hatred is virtually coming from the opposition strongholds.
- As former political allies Mr.Odinga and Mr.Ruto's current wave of insults on each other depicts the mere fact that Raila failed Mr.Ruto back in 2007 when the NASA flagbearer couldnt stand Kibaki's tention and thus easily gave up the presidency which could have in one way or the other prolonged Ruto's ambition to become the Deputy President.
-The truth is William Ruto has always had his eyes on the presidency and 2022 could be his best chance regardless of who wins the 2017 elections.

-Coming to the Kikuyu factor or any other ethnic affiliations for sure the DP does not need any community's endorsement given that he can join forces with any other different community and still make it.
-In this regard it is the Kikuyus who need Mr.Ruto and not the other way round.
-Kikuyus in fact should appreciate the fact that Ruto delivered his massive Kalenjin block to them and he is likely to do the same in this coming election and all I see is a Kikuyu people who should bow down to Ruto and go slow on their sanctions.
-We have other large communities in Kenya e.g The Luhyas ,Luo ,Maasai e.t.c whom Ruto could as well seek affiliations and win an election like he has done with the Kikuyus.
-Otherwise the Kiuks should seek divine intervention to get the DP's slot in 2022 when Ruto becomes president because the Mount Kenya region does not have anybody who could probably match Ruto's political stature or else other communities could easily produce a stronger running-mate and render the Kikuyus irrelevant politically.

- The DP is not riding on family political backgrounds like that of Uhuru and Raila no wonder I beg to consider him a machinery to strike an end to forefather politics in Kenya and the new crop of intelligent new generational leaders.
- To be honest I believe the many political rivalry attached to Mr. Ruto is attributed to jealously based on his political achievements.
- Mr. 'Kusema na Kutenda' could as well become what he is destined to without much sweat. His track record is quite clear.
