-This year's general elections is just a few weeks away .
- This is the time when Kenyans will decide their fate for the next 5 years.
-Just like it's been in other elections there will be losers and winners.
- The outcome will determine the lives of all contestants after the polls (socially,politically and economically).
- Lets focus on the presidential race.A top seat which has attracted more than five aspirants with President Uhuru Kenyatta and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga as the most potential contestants.

- Assuming President Uhuru flops in this election ,he will have opened a new book of history as the first one-term-president this country ever had.
-The president who is heir to our first president Jomo Kenyatta will have brought an end to the Kenyatta's aristocracy thus the family lineage will be missing in action for some time,however they might bounce back later.
- Likewise the Mount Kenya region will cease to have a say in the country's affairs at the top seat.

-The opposition leader who has fought for the top seat in 2 elections fruitlessly has been speculated to be winning this time.
.
-However the possibility of Raila being rendered irrelevant after this elections is high given that his supporters especially from the lake region have been and are so optimistic.
- He will cease to endorse /sell news and news headlines in the streets if he doesnt become President..
- Odinga will also have put an end to the Odinga monarchy thus also shutting doors to his ODM influential mantle.
- The former PM will not pull any crowds unless otherwise during public gatherings as a ceremonial leader.
